The Company sold approximately 1.4 million ordinary shares, priced at the market, in accordance with Nasdaq rules. The purchase price for one ordinary share was $10.79. The gross proceeds to the Company from were approximately $14.7 million, before deducting the placement agents’ fees and other estimated offering expenses.
Roth Capital Partners, Kingswood Capital Markets, division of Benchmark Investments, Inc., and Maxim Group LLC acted as co-placement agents in connection with this offering.
