Job Description:

SPI Solar, Inc. is seeking to hire an energetic, motivated sales professional to drive business through its innovative offering of solar PV, energy storage and crypto mining equipment. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable networking and building relationships, both with potential clients, and with affiliate businesses to generate high quality prospects and to close deals.

Required Skills:

-Business to Consumer sales experience preferred -Experience in sales (solar and energy storage preferred)

-General understanding of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain

-Experienced and comfortable prospecting and building relationships

-Excellent time management and organizational skills

-Professional appearance

-Construction knowledge or ability to learn a technical product

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Integrity, work ethic and character

-Valid driver’s license and vehicle (we provide mileage reimbursement)

Job Duties:

-Sale of Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Energy Storage Systems and Crypto Mining Systems.

-Contact and meet with potential Affiliate partners (General Contractors, Architects, Realtors, etc.) to offer services under the USolar brand.

-Contact and meet with homeowners (to C) and/or Affiliate partners (to B) to close sales, meeting expected sales goals.

-Maintain contact with Affiliate partners to ensure ongoing prospect generation

-Follow up with and qualify all assigned leads

-Prepare and generate proposals based on customer site conditions, electrical usage and crypto mining investment decisions.

-Present to customer their options in equipment and financing

-Maintain effective follow up and utilize company CRM

-Complete contract documents and handoff materials for sold jobs

-Represent SPI as a solar, energy storage and blockchain expert.
